My room included a kitchen and a couch. The staff was very professional and brilliantly helpful at all times. The location was comfy and unbeatable, close to many nearby attractions, and the bed comfortable. It was near to adults to do, restaurants, and Times Union Center.

The hotel was perfect for our needs, being close to the mall and providing spacious and comfortable rooms. The attention to detail exceeded expectations, with amenities like coffee/tea, ample storage spaces, and enough bathroom/kitchen supplies. The full kitchen and couch in the room were a bonus. The breakfast had a great variety, with options ranging from bagels to bacon and eggs.

All was in order, nothing to complain about.

The hotel had great amenities like an indoor pool and a pool table to keep the kids entertained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to Crossgates mall and major highways.

Staying near shopping districts can be convenient and Homewood Suites' location certainly is. The hotel is located close to a mall, offering guests access to plenty of restaurants and stores. The rooms are impressive too, with guests praising their spotless cleanliness and fantastic kitchenettes. You can cook in, but why bother when complimentary breakfast is on offer? Plus, there are basketball games onsite and a children's games area, making the hotel a great pick for families.
